ABSTRACT
Diseases like dengue, cancer, diabetes and many others still continue to threaten the human life. Health is an important asset to people where the decisions usually very costly and too risky when associated with them. The decisions that are related to health are crucial as it may cost a person life. People nowadays do not have time to see the doctor to get their medical check-up. The Disease Smart Detection System is developed to analyse the symptoms and then give the possible diseases based on the symptoms given just like the doctor does. The system should respond like a doctor. The patient will be able to book appointment with the specialist in favor to their recommended disease detection. The system is designed to be dynamic as the symptoms can be updated using rule based algorithm. Hence the rule based algorithm will be implemented in this system which help users to detect the diseases that associated with their symptoms. Disease Smart Detection System will be an approach for people to recognize the health issues in detecting diseases in an efficient ways.

INTRODUCTION
Technology can be applied to various domains in medicines and diseases especially for decision making, prediction and recommendation. There are various problems in medicines or diseases which can be addressed by using data mining approaches. Technology medical related make processes easier and more accessible to the people. Sometimes, we do not have time to visit a doctor due to long queue or office hour. However, based on certain symptom, we may get earlier prescription to seek related advice at the pharmacy counters. It is said prevention is better than cure so this system is proposed to help the patient to face the disease temporary by letting them know what they are suffering and find the suitable medicine at pharmacy before having the meeting with the doctor.
The Smart Diseases Detection System is proposed which will detect the diseases, which will give the most possible predictions based on the symptoms that are ticked by the user. The system is fed with various symptoms and the diseases that associated with those systems. It then processes the user symptoms to check for various diseases that could be associated with it. In this project, the Rule-based technique will be implemented to the system. The rules of the symptoms are created based on the diseases. The user will be able to book appointment with specialist based on their possible diseases. The system tend to be more dynamic when the symptoms and diseases can be updated using rule based algorithm.

The algorithm used is Ruled Based algorithm. Rule-based technique is a technique that used in AI (Artificial Intelligence) programming and systems. Rule-based also known as expert system where capture the knowledge of a human expert in a specialized field and represent it within a software system. The knowledge of this rule-based is stored as rules of the form.

CONCLUSION
Disease Smart Detection System will provide benefits to the user where user can detect their diseases based on the symptom that they have choose. As for the doctor, doctor can update diseases and its symptom to provide the result for the user. Rule based algorithm that are used in the system tend to make the system more dynamic and provide useful and quick detection system.
